Stitches to Learn

I have spent the better part of the week cross stitching my basket with hydrangeas. It is the largest design I have worked in a while with many color changes. For a small break today, I visited In a Minute Ago and was delighted to find a link to CQMagOnline’s current issue. I have also placed a link in my blogroll to the right. Thanks to Sharon B for pointing the way to so many wonderful sites!
I know I will spend time this weekend exploring the ribbon embroidery from the lovely samples in the CQMag archives for inspiration for my current Rose Crazy Quilt Block. I have not begun it yet, but am still dreaming. In the meantime, I can be inspired by the beautiful work of others. Many more hours to stitch yet on my hydrangeas.
