Best Intentions

My best intentions and plans were to go places and spend time doing fun things with my kids on their school break, however, they have spent the better part of their days off battling a cold. They are most happy camped out in the living room playing the Wii and Nintendo. Isn’t that the way of it? Best to stay indoors and get well at any rate. We do have lots of board games to play together and played Dragonology last night.
The past few days I have spent time stitching another of my Welcome Home Samplers for Habitat for Humanity. Two down three more to go! I hope to have all completed by mid-April as the home dedication ceremonies will be fast approaching as the weather gets better towards Spring.
In the meantime, my frame arrived by UPS this morning. I will start the lacing and the framing of my summer cross stitch design today to get that finished and sent off. I’m sure in a day or so, we can all still venture out for some vacation fun.
