Textiles & Embroidery

The Museum of Fine Arts, Boston has a wonderful online exhibit of Textiles, embroidery and needlework from their collection. I searched under “needlework” and “embroidery” on their site search and spent some time on the Tour of Textiles. They have a nice zoom/pan feature to get closeup views of the embroidery and textile pieces. I recommend grabbing a hot chocolate or cup of coffee and settling down for a good visit. I’d love to take my kids to the MFA on their upcoming winter school vacation. We’ll see! Thought I’d pass the link along for others to enjoy as well.
