The Window Box Needlework Accessories Set
January 18, 2008 by Melinda
I am pleased to announce the release of The Window Box Needlework Accessories. The set includes a needlebook, scissor fob and Altoids Tin design. Charts, stitch diagrams and finishing instructions are included in the chartpack.
Two cheeky birds dare to build a nest in the window box as if to say “here we are, come and get us!” while the tabby cat inside patiently watches. The tabby cat is cross stitched on 28 count Hand-dyed jobelan Thyme and the birds and window are worked on 28 count Country French Cashmere fabric. The window is created with simple hardanger kloster blocks and needleweaving.
This design is available for purchase through your local needlework store (* Retailers may obtain this design through Hoffman Distributing). For a complete listing of needlework stores near you, please visit the Hoffman Distributing website.

Hi Melinda,
I wish you were going to Nashville this year and I would pick these designs up in person…I do promise however that you will hear from me at the end of February or early in March with an order for these great designs.I even have some Altoid tins! and I want the Bee book you wrote.
Dan and I are leaving on Monday or Tuesday for a couple of weeks in Florida..then we’ll hit the Nashville market and come home! Looking forward to it!!!
My mittens are so sadly neglected…I was cross-stitching a mitten today when I likely should have been knitting! Those lingonberries sure are slow growing!!!!!
Hi Ann,
It was such a pleasure to chat with you and your husband last February in Nashville. I remember I was knee-deep reading “Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince” at the time and your husband and I had the most wonderful chat about the book series. He surely is a Nascar fan!
Sadly, we won’t be going to Nashville this year. I wish everyone a great show and safe travelling to and from. What a talented group of folks gathered at one time altogether. I will miss going this year.
One day you might find yourself knitting mittens again! The lingonberry pattern is a pretty one that you chose.
Drive safe and have a wonderful time in Florida!
Melinda
