I have been busy stitching a “Welcome Home Sampler” for one of the two Habitat houses to be built in my hometown this Fall. I took a ride over to see it and discovered the walls have been raised already and good progress is being made by the work crews. My initial thought was that I [...]

Over the weekend, I went to a White Elephant sale at a community group. What fun poking around. In amongst everything, I found an old wire bird cage and had a crazy moment… and bought it. Done! I completed all the cross stitching and assembled the needlebook today. In addition to the needlebook, the set includes a biscornu, scissor tag, small Nantucket basket pincushion and stitch band for a Nantucket basket. I am pleased at how the “Busy Bee Needlework Accessories” turned out as a set.
My next task is to take my [...]
