Snowflake Mittens

Well, I have one set of mittens finally finished. The thumbs are a little wonky as I found the pattern kind of difficult while decreasing at the tops. Overall, I am pretty pleased with these. I love knitting. I admit I have a lot to learn, but we all start at the beginning and get better (hopefully) as we go and learn from mistakes. The smiles from my daughter make it all worth while. I have promised to make a set of mittens for my youngest daughter so I have a knitting project to keep me occupied through August.
